Early Badge Pick-up at China Fish HotelsAll ChinaFish 2021 pre-registered buyers who booked hotels by ChinaFish can pick up their badges in the lobbies of the hotels to minimize the line at the exhibition hall.
Pick-up Date: Sunday October 17, 2021
Complimentary Shuttle
There are complimentary shuttle buses between the ChinaFish hotels and event during the show.
Visa Invitation LetterIf you are traveling to our show from a country whose citizens require a visa for China, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you. Please print the invitation out and take it and other materials requested by your local embassies or consulates with you to apply your visa.
Please refer to the guidelines of applying visa issued by your local institutes.
This service will be available 3 months ahead of the show opening, and will be closed 3 working days ahead of the show.
It will showcase the products submitted by the exhibitors for the ChinaFish Best Product Showcase 2021 during the show.

Exhibitors’ Video ShowIn order to give the international buyers a full view of the show and the exhibitors, there will be a special team onsite to film the exhibitors especially those who will not have had the opportunity to take part in the Best Product Live Show or Video Connected by any of the international buyers.

Interpreter ServiceInterpreter Service provides interpreters of languages including but not limited to English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, etc.
Price:
English Interpreter: USD100/day/person + working lunch(es) for the interpreter
Other Languages Interpreters: USD120/day/person + working lunch(es) for the interpreter
Please note that each interpreter only provides one foreign language interpretation.

〉Add the companies or products that you would like to contact or get more information during the show by video connection
〉Go to Video Connection to fill in your ID of either of WeChator Skype that you would like to use for the video connection, and choose your connecting time
〉Make sure your device, App and the internet for the connection work well during the show.
〉We will contact you on time according to your plan

〉Please test your device and APP before the connecting time
〉Each company can enjoy the video connection for one hour, and the over video connection time will be charged USD20.
〉Each company can visit 2 factories for free, or you’ll be charged USD30 per factory. The factories are from the following cities, such as Weihai, Qingdao, Dalian and the cities nearby them.
