Welcome to China Fish‘2000

On behalf of all the staff and organizers of China Fish, I welcome you to the 10th annual China International Fishing Tackle & Trade Exhibition, China Fish ‘2000. We are pleased you have joined us for what we hope will be an enjoyable and profitable four days in Beijing.

My heartfelt thanks go to the manufacturers and traders from China and all over the world who each year help make ChinaFish a success. This is the first year of the new millennium and the 10th anniversary of ChinaFish starting in 1991. ChinaFish2000 is the biggest exhibition we have held to date.

Ten years ago, the China fishing industry was just starting to make fiberglass rods and there were only a few dozen manufacturers making fishing tackles in China.?? Now, there are a few hundred fishing tackle manufacturers in China producing all kinds of fishing tackles and exporting these products all over the world.

As you walk through the more than 10,000 square meter China World Trade Center Exhibition Hall, you will meet representatives from more than 200 leading manufacturers of fishing products from China, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. You will see the complete spectrum of what China’s Industry has to offer including high quality yet low priced fishing accessories made by some township enterprises in China for the International market. To meet the demand of the international market, you will also find great changes in the scale, variety and quality of fly fishing tackle.
I hope traders from all over the world will find the fishing tackle they need and will also discover interesting new products with high quality and low prices.

It is my goal and hope to strengthen ChinaFish’s cooperation and exchange of information with ASA, EFTTA, and JAFTMA and other Associations for the promotion of fishing tackles trade worldwide.
