What is “Hotel Coupon”? 1.“Hotel Coupon” is one of the China Fish 30th Anniversary events to show our gratitude and reward to the international buyers. 2.It can be used as its cash equivalent at China Fish hotels. The value of them is RMB80, RMB50 and RMB30 each. (Please refer to China Fish 2020 Hotel Reservation Form) 3.Each of China Fish hotels will give its detailed interpretation of the limit when using them, such as the restaurants, bars, coffee houses, concession stands and so on in these hotels (Please refer to Hotel Confirmation Letter). 4.The coupons will be sent by room, each room can get one coupon. 5.Please use your coupons between the dates from February 3 to 7, 2020.Who can get “Hotel Coupon”? 1.The China Fish 2020 international buyers (exclusive of on-site registering buyers), with a badge confirmation letter and a badge number. The deadline of Pre-registration is January 15, 2020. 2.And you must book China Fish hotel by China Fish Organizer, thus you can get a China Fish hotel confirmation letter and check in your hotel as you book it. The deadline of hotel reservation is January 20, 2020. How to get your Hotel Coupon? Most of the buyers who book China Fish Hotels by China Fish can get their coupons when checking in at the hotels. Please show your Hotel Confirmation Letter and your passport to the hotel. But some of the buyers have to pick up your coupons at the China Fish Desk in the lobbies of the hotels by China Fish Hotel Confirmation Letter, passport and room cards. How to use your “Coupons”? 1.Please write down your Room Number, check out date and sign your name on the coupon and show it to the hotel staff when checking out. 2.Please show your room card to the staff when using your coupon. Terms and Conditions 1.The coupon can not be transferred to any other person. If there are 2 or above persons stay in one room, you are required to send us all these names when booking your hotel from us. Thus, in this case, any one of you in this room can use the coupon, otherwise, only the one who send his or her name to us can use the coupon. 2.Each hotel has different limits to the coupon, please use your coupons within them. 3.The coupons are not redeemable for any cash or resale. 4.Please keep your coupon safe in case of lost and there won’t be an extra one. 5.The hotels reserve the right to refuse your coupons, if they find any evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity. 6.China Fish reserves the right of final interpretation on the coupon.
