How to confirm your complementary hotel? 1- Please confirm with China Fish by email that you’d like to keep the complementary hotel within 10 days after receiving the Notice from China Fish. 2-You are required to book China Fish Hotel within 30 days after your confirmation of the complementary hotel.3-You are required to book at least 2 nights (including 1 complementary night). 4-Please show your China Fish Hotel Confirmation Letter and your passport to the staff when checking in. 5- The fee of 1 room/1 night will be cut out when checking out. 6-The deadline for the complementary hotel reservations is: January 20, 2020 7-The complementary hotel is available from February 3-8, 2020. 8-The winners of the complementary hotel can also enjoy hotel coupons.
5. Terms and conditions 1-The winner company can win for only one time, 2-All the complementary rooms are standard rooms (1 room, 2 beds, 1-2 breakfast). If all the standard rooms of the hotel that you’d like to reserve are sold out, you can reserve your rooms from another China Fish hotel or upgrade your rooms. The extra fees are borne by the winner. 3-Fail to confirm your complementary room or reserve your room within due time , we would consider that you give up the complementary room by yourself and the complementary room may be put into the draw again. 4-This reward is for the winner only. It is not transferable and can not be redeemable for any cash or resale. 5-The information of the winner cannot be changed. The name, badge number and passport number are for identification. 6-If you need to change your room or hotel, please send your application by email 15 working days ahead of your check-in date. 7-For the winners who live in Beijing or whose company is in Beijing, you can change the complementary hotel into transportation subsidy with value of RMB200. This application should be sent to China Fish within 10 days after the notice is sent to you. Please take an invoice of RMB200 to get your subsidy during the show at our accountant desk. Fail to apply? or pick up your subsidy within due time , we would consider that you give up the subsidy by yourself. 8-The winner will be required to adhere the rules of the hotel. In case that there are damages to the hotel, personal injury or death, etc., the winners and the hotels will solve the problems all by themselves; the organizer of China Fish will not bear any legal and financial responsibility. 9-The Complementary hotel only includes 1 night's accommodation fee and does not include other fees, such as Mini Bar, laundry, room service and so on. 10-If you would not like to participate in this activity, you can explain it in the registration form or tell your China Fish Coordinator when registering. 11-If there is any violation of the above regulations, China Fish or its partner hotels have the right to stop this complementary hotel. 12- China Fish reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity. |
